Human trials of low GI snacks

ONE Bite has initiated human trials for a range of low glycemic snacks.

In collaboration with one of the world's leading and most experienced laboratories based in Canada, we embark on an exciting journey to scientifically evaluate our specially formulated snack range, determining their human-confirmed glycemic load and glycemic index.

This comprehensive study spans approximately 6 weeks and involves over 30 participants of various ages and lifestyles. Over several days, our participants will consume ONE Bite snacks under controlled conditions while undergoing regular blood tests to assess multiple parameters. This investigation aims to clarify how our snacks impact the speed and duration of blood sugar fluctuations, comparing their effects with other foods.
